Water Activity Determination Device
The Water Activity Meter is a high-precision analytical instrument used to determine microbial growth risk and shelf life in food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic products. It measures the availability of free water in a product, providing critical insights into product stability and safety.
Compliant with ISO 18787:2017, the device uses chilled mirror (dew point) sensor technology to directly measure true water activity values with high accuracy and repeatability.
It is widely used in quality control, R&D, and shelf-life studies, especially in food safety and product stability applications.
